Redefining Tel Aviv Living: HaYarkon 28 For the “HaYarkon 28” luxury real estate project by Yohananof, I designed a landing page that bridges the gap between modern architecture and high-end digital UX. As the UI designer, the challenge was to convey a sense of “quiet luxury” while maintaining the bold, iconic status of a premium Tel Aviv address.

The design features a spacious, airy layout that allows the high-resolution architectural renderings to take center stage. I focused on a meticulous visual hierarchy, using elegant serif typography and a curated neutral palette to create a seamless browsing experience. Every element of the UI was crafted to evoke an emotional connection, positioning HaYarkon 28 not just as a residence, but as the ultimate lifestyle statement in Israel’s most sought-after location.
